This music video features Central Alberta’s beautiful music and real estate industry
Alberta/Minnesota artist “DoJo” chose a gorgeous mansion in Central Alberta to film his newest single’s music video, Sharks.
Spoiler alert: It’s lit! 🔥
Local music video producers Conner Goossens & Jaycob Johanneson under EliteTyphoonTV shot the said music video last September 2021. Sharks was released on May 6.
According to Conner, the music video’s concept follows a team of burglars attempting a massive heist at an unoccupied mansion.
“The group is seen entering the home with crowbars and all to get away with as many valuables as possible. In the video, cutlery, rugs & paintings are stolen along with the priceless vase taken from the upper floor of the home,” Conner said.
“After squeezing the house dry and exiting via the secondary garage, the burglars make it out scot-free and drive off with their new riches.”
This mansion is listed under Lapp Realty’s agents Carson and Viviana.
“The 336 Canal Street home was the perfect home for the video and we are so fortunate to have worked with Carson and Viv from Lapp Realty to make this all possible,” said Conner.
“The theatre room upstairs was a perfect place to put the prized possession. Features such as the lower garage and elevator made the escape all the more cinematic,” he testified.
Indeed, you can see in the video how fancy the mansion is. This 3427sqft property with 4 beds and 4 baths built in 2017 has won the 2018 Best New Estate Home over $1,000,000.
This world-class home is quite a feat of architecture and design with its open concept living, backlit coffered ceilings, custom millwork, natural stone masonry and countertops, masterful craftsmanship pairs ingenious design with top tier Miele, Bain Ultra, and Kohler products to offer your family and guests a leisurely lifestyle.
If this mansion doesn’t define “grand”, I don’t know what does.
Conner thanks Lapp Realty, especially Carson and Viviana, for helping them show the beauty of Central Alberta’s music culture and real estate industry.
"It's so cool to collaborate with forward-thinking companies like Lapp Realty and realtors who are willing to be involved in the growing Alberta music culture,” he said.
“I think the success and praise of the video should be a sign for local companies to think outside of the box when it comes to their own marketing and how to engage the new generation," Conner said.
Lapp Realty, likewise, thanks the whole production team for this unique and spectacular marketing concept.
Should you want to know the price, this mansion is up on the market at a whopping $2.5M price.
