Nicholas Hill
REALTOR®

Nicholas Hill brings a unique blend of adventurous spirit, diverse life experience, and small-town dedication to his role as REALTOR® in Central Alberta. Born in England, he moved to the Northwest Territories at the age of four. Nicholas spent much of his formative years enjoying the wilderness — homeschooled with two of his younger sisters, he developed a strong sense of curiosity, self-reliance, and the value of family early in life. In 1998, he moved to Alberta to pursue higher learning at Augustana University College, setting the stage for a career defined by versatility and service.

Over the years, Nicholas has worked in a diverse number of fields, notably including the film industry, customer-service, and electrical. Each role taught him something vital: attention to detail, the power of clear communication, and the importance of being prepared, and ready to deliver exceptional results. Today, these same qualities help him in guiding families through one of life’s biggest decisions—finding the perfect place to call home.

A proud husband and devoted father of two, Nicholas made Lacombe his family’s home in 2011. He quickly fell in love with its warm, welcoming atmosphere. Whether his clients are first-time buyers or seasoned investors, he approaches every partnership with empathy and integrity—knowing firsthand how much “home” means to a family’s wellbeing.

Outside of real estate, Nicholas is an unabashed enthusiast of history and geek culture. You might find him at a local renaissance fair, or meticulously hand-crafting historic armour with his friends. It’s this same eagerness to stand out—balanced with a dedication to craftsmanship—that he brings to every listing and showing. If you’re looking for a realtor who combines big-picture vision with personal care, Nicholas Hill is ready to help you make your next move.
